About The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly detailed and strategic Google Ads Specialist to lead paid search performance across our senior living, home health, and hospice communities. You’ll own full‑funnel visibility across Google Search, You Tube, and Local Map Pack — ensuring families find us at the exact moment they’re searching. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of a lead, from first click through CRM attribution, delivering customized, localized results for 200+ communities.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Manage Multi‑Channel Google Ads:
Build and optimize high‑intent campaigns across Search, You Tube, and Local Map Pack placements. - Localize Every Campaign:
Customize targeting, ad copy, and landing experiences for 200+ communities to highlight each location’s services and culture. - CRM + Offline Conversion Tracking:
Integrate Google Ads with our CRM to track lead quality, import offline conversions, and train algorithms on what truly drives tours and admissions. - Dominate Local Map Pack:
Optimize Business Profiles, location assets, and local search ads to win “near me” searches. - Deep Keyword & Audience Strategy:
Conduct granular keyword research and build custom audiences (including decision‑maker segments) for video and retargeting campaigns. - Performance Optimization:
Monitor bids, budgets, and search terms daily; run A/B tests on headlines and creative to improve CTR and reduce CPA. - Location‑Specific Reporting:
Deliver actionable insights that go beyond clicks — focusing on lead quality, tours, and admissions.
- 3–5+ years managing Google Ads with proven multi‑location experience (100+ locations).
- Strong background in senior living, home health, or regulated healthcare (preferred).
- Google Ads certifications across Search, Video, and Display.
- Expertise in CRM integrations, offline conversion imports, and Google Ads Editor.
- Highly detail‑oriented with a passion for accurate tracking and data‑driven decision‑making.
