As Marketing Director, you will lead the strategy, storytelling, campaigns, events, digital presence, and brand stewardship that make Wright PT the trusted choice for patients, providers, employers, and communities. You'll blend creativity with accountability, building awareness, generating demand, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects who we are and what we stand for.

This role is anchored at our Twin Falls, Idaho administrative office, with a minimum monthly in-person presence there to stay closely connected to our brand, leadership, and core team. Because great marketing in healthcare starts with what's actually happening on the clinic floor, this role also requires regular visits to clinics within the candidate's region to stay close to the patient experience, build relationships with clinic teams, and ensure our brand and culture show up consistently everywhere we serve.

We're open to candidates located in Twin Falls, Idaho Falls, or Boise who are willing and able to commute to Twin Falls as needed and travel regionally to clinics.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of marketing leadership experience with a demonstrated record of driving growth and brand impact.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, customer acquisition, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, measuring ROI, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams, agencies, and cross-functional initiatives to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to inspire action across diverse audiences.
  • Alignment with Wright PT's purpose, mission, and Core Values, with a passion for serving patients, communities, and team members.
