The Thought Leader Liaison is a senior, field-based member of Karyopharm’s U.S. Commercial organization responsible for building and advancing strategic relationships with national, regional, and emerging thought leaders across the Eastern U.S. region. This role will play a critical part in strengthening Karyopharm’s external engagement strategy, supporting peer-to-peer education, informing brand and portfolio planning, and generating actionable marketplace insights for multiple myeloma and for emerging hematology and oncology opportunities.

Reporting to the Head of Peer-to-Peer Marketing, the Thought Leader Liaison will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Commercial Analytics, Medical Affairs, and other cross‑functional partners to support thought leader engagement, speaker development, congress execution, regional insight generation, and compliant field‑based commercial initiatives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with national, regional, and emerging KOLs, academic centers, community oncology leaders, and strategic accounts to support brand priorities, peer‑to‑peer education, and broader portfolio objectives.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Commercial Analytics, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to inform strategy, messaging, execution planning, and field‑based engagement initiatives.
  • Support compliant disease‑state education initiatives related to pipeline opportunities, emerging indications, and future launch readiness, ensuring alignment with approved business objectives and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Develop a structured regional insight‑generation approach to capture, synthesize, and communicate external perspectives on treatment patterns, competitive dynamics, unmet educational needs, patient care pathways, and evolving stakeholder priorities; translate insights into actionable recommendations for Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and senior commercial leadership.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leadership and field teams to identify educational needs, optimize HCP engagement, and drive high‑quality peer‑to‑peer programs, speaker events, and account‑based promotional initiatives.
  • Represent Karyopharm at key national and regional medical congresses, advisory programs, speaker engagements, and other customer‑facing events to strengthen thought leader relationships and gather actionable marketplace insights.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of account‑specific promotional strategies, disease‑state education programs, and marketing initiatives designed to enhance awareness, engagement, and appropriate utilization of Karyopharm’s oncology portfolio.
  • Provide strategic input into regional and national engagement plans by sharing field‑based insights related to treatment patterns, competitive dynamics, patient care pathways, and unmet educational needs across multiple myeloma, myelofibrosis, endometrial cancer, and other relevant oncology settings.
  • Support speaker bureau strategy and execution by identifying, developing, and engaging appropriate speakers; gathering feedback on program effectiveness; and partnering with Marketing and Sales to optimize peer‑to‑peer education in a…
