The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non‑profit agencies in Idaho. Our mission is to unite for Idaho’s youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience.

How you will impact our missionAs a Grader in one of our Distribution Centers, you will sort donated items and send quality goods to our stores for sale. The profits fund our programs and services, making them accessible to youth in Idaho.
Responsibilities- Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch to donors and visitors
- Sort donated goods into categories
- Work to meet production goals
- Maintain a safety mindset
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have an eye for detail and quality
Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. This position is located in Idaho and candidates must be within a reasonable distance to our location.
Additional InformationAs a 501(c)(3) Non‑Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program.
