We are hiring for a number of positions across our hospice program. Our goal is to provide high‑quality end‑of‑life care while maintaining a work‑life balance for our staff. Our RN, LPN, CNA, Social Worker, and Chaplain positions allow you to provide direct patient care in patients’ homes, assisted living, or skilled nursing facilities in the Treasure Valley.
Registered Nurse (RN)Exceptional RN needed for an exceptional opportunity. You went to school to be a nurse because you are compassionate and dedicated to helping others. But then you find your job gets in the way of quality time with your patients. Or you are overloaded with patients and feel overwhelmed. We get it. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality end‑of‑life care.
Our RN Case Managers have the lowest nurse‑to‑patient ratio in the valley, allowing more time to connect and care at a higher level. We utilize Fire Note, the fastest Hospice EMR charting system on the market, which cuts charting time in half.
Salary and Benefits Package Responsibilities
- Comprehensive assessment of patients.
- Developing collaborative care plans with patient, family, and case management.
- Providing education and resources coordination.
- Managing pain and other symptoms.
- Current Idaho RN license.
- Strong technology skills.

Exceptional Hospice Aide/CNA needed for an exceptional opportunity. You work in healthcare because you are compassionate and dedicated to helping others. Our current position is for a special type of CNA who will provide care to patients where they live: private homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities in the Treasure Valley.
Salary and Benefits Package Responsibilities
- Simple procedures as an extension of services under the direction and supervision of the RN.
- Range of motion exercises.
- Assistance in ambulation or exercises.
- Performs personal care activities, including but not limited to:
- Current CNA license.
- Good driving record.
- Clean background check.
- Reliable transportation.
- Abilityto lift 40lbs.
- CNA certified: 1 year.
Keystone Hospice, located in Eagle, is expanding our amazing Social Work team. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver with an analytical mindset to get the job done. Our Social Workers visit patients where they reside, which could include private homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities. They provide regular bereavement support, daily interdisciplinary communication, and weekly sharing of positives and recognition.

Keystone Hospice, located in Eagle, is currently seeking a Chaplain for our Spiritual Care team. The successful candidate possesses, or is working towards, an ecclesiastical endorsement, and a Masters of Divinity degree. Our chaplain visits patients where they reside, including private homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities, exhibiting an outgoing, professional, and compassionate presence. Hospice chaplains provide regular bereavement support, daily interdisciplinary communication, and weekly sharing of positives and recognition.
