The ideal candidate will enjoy working with clients, both internal and external staff and other associated outside agencies to facilitate all title issues in an efficient and timely manner.

A DAY IN THE LIFEIn this role, you will:
- Be responsible for the coordination of all Service Link title products
- Review work in progress reports to ensure completion
- Interact with Service Link's vendor panel to ensure that fees, turn times, and service quality are within established SLAs
- Process orders in accordance with Service Link and client requirements
- Work with vendors, as well as staff and other associated outside agencies
You possess:
- Practical work experience within real estate industry
- Proven Customer Service Skills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask
- Good organizational skills
- Proficiency with personal computers
- Review Work In Progress reports to ensure completion.
- Address inquiries from vendors, clients, agents and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner.
- Process orders in accordance with Service Link and client requirements.
- Product knowledge inclusive of, but not limited to:
Full Title Search, Property Report Search, Deed Copy Search, Updates - Review vendor performance reports.
- Efficiency with internal software programs.
- Maintain open communication with team members and team leader.
- Develop relationships with our vendors and co-workers
- All other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Practical work experience within real estate industry.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe
