Wine Bar & Bistro Support Staff

* We are hiring 1-2 Support staff for the summer season (May - September).

Location: Lula Wine Bar& Bistro, Driggs,

Reports to: Bar Supervisor, Kitchen Supervisor, or General Manager

Job Summary: As Support Staff at Lula Wine Bar& Bistro, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, bussing tables, washing dishes, running food orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Your positive attitude and strong work ethic will contribute to the overall success of our bar.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Greeting: Assist servers by welcoming guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

Table Bussing: Efficiently clear tables after guests leave, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment for new patrons.

Food Running: Assist servers by delivering food orders to tables promptly and ensuring proper presentation and accuracy of orders.

Dishwashing: Operate the dishwashing station, ensuring that all dishes, glassware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and polished for use, and put away.

Cleanliness Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash as needed.

Assisting Staff: Support servers and kitchen staff as needed, helping with various tasks to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with the wine bar team to create a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required.

Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Full-time, part-time and seasonal positions available.
