Crew Member, Restaurant​/Food Service

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated, quick‑learning team member to help build our Café. You’ll be working with the team to prepare high‑quality smoothies, food items and provide outstanding customer service.

Minimum requirements:

17 years of age or older, available to work at least 15 hours per week and able to work weekday shifts or all‑day Saturday, Sunday or both.

Base pay of up to $15 per hour plus tips. Daytime shifts earn a higher wage.

• Prepare smoothies and food items that delight customers.
• Develop lasting guest relationships and provide an amazing experience.
• Work the schedule (AM, MID, PM) to prepare, execute, reset and complete the closing checklist.
• Greet guests, promote menu, serve others and execute quickly and cleanly.
• Keep the station sanitized, restock, clean and organize.
• Complete opening, bulk‑prep, delivery, temperature, rush‑ready, priority, changeover, and closing checklists.
• Consolidate, locate, label, rotate items as needed.

• Quick learner, detail‑oriented and highly motivated.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Willingness to work during high‑volume periods and adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols.
