Team Member, Retail

ACQUIRE and Company is looking for a PART-TIME retail associate to join our team.

This part-time position will be a key role in our retail store in historic downtown Eagle, Idaho. We are located at 55 South 2nd Street. Our hours are M-F 11-6 and Saturday 10-5.

• Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance
• Directs customers by escorting them to our products
• Advises customers by providing information on products
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing cash, and store or other credit cards
• Use judgment to solve customer problems
• Maintains scheduling commitments
• Assists with merchandising, displays, inventory and other general shopkeeping and store-related duties

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent verbal skills
• Able to self-start and proactively address issues and opportunities for improvement
• Excellent problem-solver
• Able lift more than twenty-five (25) pounds
• Comfortable with safely using a ladder
• Work well in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
• Love working in a positive high-impact culture
• Must be available 3-4 days per week including some Saturdays (shift lengths may vary)

• Prior retail experience
• Social media management
• Inventory management
