Meta Merchandising and Support Representative

Action Link seeks a Meta Merchandising and Support Representative to bring Meta's products to life in major retail stores. In this field-based role, you will visit assigned locations to execute merchandising plans, maintain product displays, verify planograms, and ensure signage and fixtures meet brand standards. You will complete inventory checks, support retail associates with product knowledge, capture data and photos, and report results.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail stores to execute Meta merchandising plans and maintain displays
• Ensure planogram compliance, signage placement, and fixture cleanliness
• Perform inventory checks, stock replenishment, and basic display troubleshooting
• Gather field data, photos, and reports via mobile tools or online portals
• Partner with store staff to drive Meta brand awareness and product knowledge
• Support promotional events, product launches, and seasonal resets
• Communicate issues, competitor activity, and shopper insights to Action
• Link leaders

• Link safety, appearance, and conduct standards
