Idaho Leads is not a real estate brokerage – Idaho Leads is a rapidly growing real estate lead generation company in Eagle, and we are looking for our next Customer Care Representative.

This is not a typical "call center" gig. You are the heartbeat of our operation and could be the first voice our future clients hear. You will work directly with industry mentors who have driven over 100% growth in the last 12 months.

• Connector: Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads that have already registered on our websites. No cold calling via phone books.
• Detective: Ask the right questions to uncover their needs, timeline, and budget.
• Matchmaker: Identify buyer prospects' specific needs and match them with one of our top-tier agent subscribers.
• Organizer:
  Manage a pipeline of prospects in our CRM, nurture relationships via text/phone, and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

• Resilient: Don’t take "no" personally. Hear a rejection, shake it off, and bring 100% energy to the next dial.
• Adaptive: Chat with a nervous first-time homebuyer one minute and a seasoned investor the next.
• Tech-Capable: Navigate a CRM, type detailed notes while talking, and manage a calendar efficiently.
• Career-Driven: Want a career, not just a typical 9‑5 job.

• Strong verbal communication skills. Outbound calling experience is a huge plus.

• Availability for a full-time schedule, may include some weekends or evenings.

$20–$30 hourly.
