If you want to do well while doing good, this is the position for you. The Enrollment Director makes a life-long impact on the families we serve by shepherding them through the inquiry, assessment, and enrollment processes. Our enrollment process includes an emotions-based, consultative sales process, using solid data and social proof to provide the justification for the enrollment decision.
What you'll be doing- Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
- Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
- Day 30:
Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets - Month 6:
Producing in the middle of the band — about $148K annualized - Year 1:
Top quartile clears $180K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
