Entry-Level Customer Engagement Representative | Paid Training

We are seeking a motivated Customer Engagement Representative to join our team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to develop practical experience in customer service, sales, marketing, communications, and business development

No previous industry experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

In this customer-facing role, you will:

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer questions and provide information about products, services, and programs
• Create positive customer experiences through clear and helpful communication
• Support promotional campaigns, community events, and outreach activities
• Assist with customer engagement and acquisition initiatives
• Represent brands, clients, and partner organizations professionally
