Easter Holidays – Monday 30th March to Friday 10th April (excluding Bank Holidays & Weekends)

The successful candidates will have more work available in all future school holidays.

We’re launching a brand‑new Holiday HQ camp for 8‑12‑year‑olds and are looking for Adventure Camp Managers to lead it. This is a hands‑on leadership role. You won’t just deliver activities – you’ll run the camp, lead the team, set the standards and create an atmosphere children can’t wait to come back to.

• Lead and develop a team of Activity Coaches
• Keep the camp running smoothly (structure, pace, routines)
• Be the main point of contact for parents on site
• Take the lead on incidents and escalation
• Play a key role in delivering safe, well‑managed excursions

This role requires compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. You must provide two references, one from your most recent employer and the other from a childcare setting (if applicable). We will conduct a DBS check on your behalf, so please prepare the correct documentation. You must meet these requirements to be eligible for the hiring process.
