Position: Early Years Nursery Practitioners (Level 2 & 3) – Permanent Roles | W5)

Our client’s wonderful nursery in Ealing ( W5) is looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner who loves working with children aged 3 months – 5 years. Responsibilities
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive
  • Plan and deliver meaningful activities that support children’s growth and development
  • Observe and track progress, celebrating achievements and milestones
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and care
  • Build strong relationships with parents, children, and your colleagues to foster a positive community
Requirements
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (Ofsted-approved)
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies
  • Experience planning and delivering age-appropriate activities for 3 months – 5 years
  • Ability to observe and assess children’s development effectively
  • Knowledge of health, hygiene, and safety standards in early years settings
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership potential

  • Competitive salary: £26,000 – £29,000 per year
