This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well‑supported EYFS setting that places strong emphasis on child‑led learning, communication development and structured routines. The school has clear expectations, strong leadership and a collaborative team approach within Early Years.

• Supporting children within Nursery and Reception
• Delivering play‑based learning in line with the EYFS framework
• Supporting early phonics and language development
• Helping maintain positive routines and behaviour expectations
• Working closely with the class teacher and Early Years team
• Supporting children's social, emotional and academic development

• Experienced EYFS Teaching Assistants
• Level 3 qualified Early Years practitioners
• Support staff with Nursery or Reception experience
• Individuals with a nurturing and proactive approach
• Graduates interested in early years education

• Experience working within an EYFS setting
• Strong understanding of early child development
• Positive behaviour support skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
• Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
