Carpenter Multi Trader – Social Housing
Location:
West London
Salary: £38,000 per annum Company Van & Fuel Card
Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader to join a busy social housing repairs & maintenance contract covering West London.
This is a long‑term, stable position working on occupied and void properties, completing day‑to‑day maintenance and repair works.
The Role- Carrying out carpentry repairs and installations
- Completing multi‑trade tasks (basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, etc.)
- Working within social housing properties
- Delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service
- NVQ or City & Guilds in Carpentry
- Previous experience within social housing
- Ability to carry out multi‑trade maintenance works
- Own tools required
- Full UK driving licence
- £38,000 salary
- Company van & fuel card
- Long‑term, secure employment
