We specialise in high-quality heating, cooling and renewable energy systems. Alongside heat pumps, our engineers work with underfloor heating, radiant heating and cooling, ventilation, air conditioning, solar, battery storage and smart controls.

As our renewable business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Gas Safe Heating & Heat Pump Engineer to join our team.

The Role You will work on residential projects across London and the surrounding areas, installing and commissioning heating and renewable energy systems. You must already have practical Air Source Heat Pump installation experience. We're looking for someone with strong heating fundamentals who understands the principles of correctly installed and commissioned heat pump systems. You don't need experience in every technology we work with.

We'll provide training and hands-on experience to help you develop your knowledge of our wider renewable systems. Your work will include:
Air Source Heat Pump installation and commissioning Domestic heating system upgrades and plant rooms Underfloor heating systems Radiant heating and cooling systems MVHR and ventilation Air conditioning Smart controls and system integration Solar PV and battery storage Our projects range from individual heat pump installations to complete renewable heating, cooling and ventilation systems in high-end residential properties. What We're Looking For We are looking for an experienced engineer who:
Has hands-on Air Source Heat Pump installation experience Is Gas Safe registered Has strong domestic heating and plumbing experience Understands heating systems, controls and commissioning Takes pride in delivering high-quality installations Is reliable, organised and able to work independently Is comfortable working in occupied homes and high-end residential properties Communicates professionally with customers and other trades Wants to continue learning and developing their renewable energy skills Essential Requirements Air Source Heat Pump installation experience Current Gas Safe registration Strong domestic heating installation experience Full UK driving licence Right to work in the UK Heat pump qualifications such as BPEC, LCL Awards or equivalent would be an advantage.

Training & Development We aren't looking for someone who already knows everything we do. If you have strong heating knowledge and good heat pump experience, we'll train you in the wider technologies that make our projects different. You'll have the opportunity to develop practical experience in:
Radiant heating and cooling Advanced heating and cooling controls MVHR and ventilation Air conditioning Solar and battery integration Integrated whole-home renewable systems This is an opportunity to broaden your skills beyond standalone heat pump installations and become an engineer capable of working across complete low-carbon home energy systems.
