Regen Solutions is recruiting experienced Gas Safe Registered Domestic Gas Engineers for ongoing subcontract work with an established social housing contractor across North West & West London.
Working in occupied social housing properties, duties include:
- Boiler installations, replacements and conversions
- Heating system upgrades and radiator installations
- Gas appliance and pipework works
- Gas safety checks, commissioning and testing
- Fault finding and remedial works
- Domestic plumbing and wet works
- Toilets, taps, basins, showers and mixers
- Leak repairs and clearing blockages
- Completing relevant certificates and job documentation
- Current Gas Safe Registration
- CCN1 & CENWAT minimum
- Proven domestic boiler installation experience
- Strong heating and plumbing/wet works skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own tools
- Professional and reliable approach
- Comfortable working independently in occupied homes
- CKR1, CPA1, MET1 and Unvented Hot Water advantageous.
- Self-employed / subcontract - NOT PAYE
