Plant Administrator

Elring Klinger is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plant Administrator to support the operations of our manufacturing facility. The Plant Administrator will assist plant leadership by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient plant operations.

• Serve as the primary administrative support to the Plant Manager and leadership team
• Track KPIs and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Manage visitor access, tours, and contractor access
• Maintain office organization, supplies, and document control
• Coordinate meetings, projects, and vendor interactions
• Uphold plant policies and safety procedures through administrative support
• Prepare and maintain accurate production records and daily manufacturing reports
• Assist with work order processing, inventory transactions, and ERP data entry
• Perform general office duties, including filing, reception, and office supply orders
• Assist in tracking expenses related to plant operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment
