Model Home Consultant / Admin Support

ASSIGNMENT DATES:
Mondays and Tuesdays from 9 AM - 6 PM

• Open and Close the Sales Center
• Must be able to answer general questions from customers and Realtors or know who to call for necessary information
• Provide customer service by greeting all visitors and dispensing information on the company, product and neighborhood in a professional manner. This includes completing a Prospect Registration Card
• Assemble collateral handouts
• Relay any messages or important information to the Sales Consultant
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Attend in-office meetings, collaborate face-to-face with co-workers, and be present and available for other office-related projects or tasks on a punctual, regular, and predictable basis

Work Environment:
This job operates at property sites and in an office. Work at property sites is performed daily and typically involves standing and walking for a majority of the day.
