Honda/Acura certifications are preferred — and we'll support you in earning the ones you don't yet have. $70,000–$100,000+ per year Flat-rate pay based on technician skill level, Honda certifications, and job performance. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose and repair automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Perform routine and complex maintenance including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC.
• Work with ADAS and complex automotive electrical systems.
• Conduct thorough inspections and alignments to maintain vehicle safety and reliability.
• Collaborate with service advisors and customers to communicate services performed and future maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in adherence with all safety protocols.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; automotive technology or vocational/trade certification preferred.
• Proven A/B level technician experience, preferably with Honda/Acura or similar main-line brand.
• Honda/Acura certifications preferred; meets and/or exceeds manufacturer requirements for ASE tests.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems using diagnostic tools and software.
• Familiarity with ADAS and ability to read and interpret automotive schematics.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts including rotating Saturdays and holidays. WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is based in the automotive service area and involves movement around vehicles, working in various physical positions, and the safe operation of power tools and test equipment. May be exposed to loud noise, vibration, exhaust fumes, and other service conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Regular interaction with customers, service advisors, and the service manager.
