Special Education Teacher in Easley, SC

• Valid Special Education teaching certification in South Carolina (or eligibility)
• Previous experience working with middle school students is highly preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment

• Provide direct instruction, support, and interventions as outlined in each students IEP
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, aides, and related service staff to ensure seamless educational experiences
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for all students on your caseload
• Foster a positive, respectful classroom culture where all learners feel valued and supported
• Regularly communicate with parents and guardians to share progress and address concerns
