We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the financial performance of our ready‑to‑eat food manufacturing operation in Easley, South Carolina. In this highly visible role, you will serve as both Finance Manager and Plant Controller, acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and site leadership team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working closely with Operations, driving business performance, and translating financial insights into action. You'll play a key role in improving profitability, strengthening financial controls, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, variance analyses, and management presentations.
• Partner closely with the CEO, General Manager, and Operations leadership on strategic and financial decisions.
• Analyze manufacturing costs including materials, labor, overhead, waste, yield, and production efficiency.
• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Support inventory management, inventory accuracy, working capital improvement, and cost control initiatives.
• Evaluate capital expenditures, business cases, and investment opportunities.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams.
• Develop and coach finance team members where applicable.
• Partner with Corporate Finance and other Signature Foods locations to share best practices and standardize processes.
• Support month-end close, audits, compliance requirements, and other finance-related activities.

We're looking for someone who combines strong financial expertise with a hands‑on leadership approach.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Manufacturing finance experience required.
• Food manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or FMCG experience strongly preferred.
• Strong experience in cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to connect financial results to operational performance.
• Excellent business judgment and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence decision‑making across all levels of the organization.

This position is primarily office‑based but requires regular presence on the manufacturing floor. Flexibility may be needed to support production schedules, month-end close activities, inventories, audits, and other business priorities.
