Cook​/Dietary Aide

Fleetwood Post Acute is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility located in Easley, South Carolina, just 15 minutes from the Greenville metro. • $16-18/ hr.
• Full time position with a rotating weekend
• Help with needed dietary aide hours as requested by facility
• Next day pay (upon request)

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with facility menus and resident dietary needs.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
• Coordinate with the Dietary Manager and Dietitian to accommodate therapeutic and texture-modified diets
  .
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency in the kitchen.
• Demonstrate excellent time management and attention to detail during meal prep and service.
• Lead and collaborate with dietary team members to promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Contribute creativity and input for menu planning and special events.
• Fill in needed Dietary Aide hours as needed

• Culinary school education preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional cooking experience
  , preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (Serv Safe certification a plus).
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and dietary restrictions preferred.
