Job DescriptionBase Salary $70K – $75K
Human Resources professional specializing in high-volume recruiting and talent acquisition, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding. Supports daily HR operations, employee relations, compliance initiatives, and workforce administration while serving as a key resource for employees, candidates, and leadership.
Requirements- Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned division (field and operational roles)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and fill open positions
- Source candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage offers
- Support workforce planning and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
- Manage onboarding process from offer acceptance through first day
- Coordinate new hire setup, orientation scheduling, and onboarding logistics
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employee questions and inquiries
- Support employee engagement and team initiatives (events, communications, etc.)
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of new hire and onboarding documentation
- Support benefits administration processes including coordination with Benefits (FMLA, leave requests).
- Assist with compliance-related processes including audits, documentation, and reporting.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs
- Support corrective action processes in partnership with Division and HR leadership
- Assist with performance review cycles, documentation, and follow-up
- Support terminations, including documentation and system processing
- Partner with division leadership to ensure HR processes support operational needs
- Coordinate with Corporate HR (Shared Services) on documentation, onboarding, and compliance workflows
- Escalate employee relations issues and complex matters to HR Manager as appropriate
- 2–5 years of HR experience, ideally in recruiting, field HR, or high-volume operations
- Strong understanding of recruiting, onboarding, and HR process execution
- Working knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (ADP preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Execution-focused and highly organized
- Strong communicator with employees and managers
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, field-based environment
- Solutions-oriented with a customer-service mindset
- Able to escalated appropriately while maintaining ownership of day-to-day HR support
- Must possess considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration
