As a Project Coordinator, you will support our operations team with hands‑on involvement in scheduling, inventory management, and process development. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone fresh out of school with a business, operations, or supply chain background who is eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment. You’ll work with data, collaborate cross‑functionally, and spend time on the floor helping to improve and execute daily operations.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when tracking job progress or maintaining schedules.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ability to enter, organize, and interpret data from production or inventory systems.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to relay production status, material needs, or scheduling updates across departments.
  • Adaptable and quick to learn in a fast‑paced environment, with a willingness to support both planning and floor‑level execution.
  • Team player with a continuous improvement mindset and a desire to grow within operations, planning, or supply chain functions.
EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments is preferred.
  • Comfortable using Excel; experience with inventory or scheduling systems is a plus.
  • Strong interest in growing within operations, planning, or supply chain roles.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role is primarily based on the manufacturing floor, providing daily, hands‑on support to production operations. You will work closely with production associates and team leads to help coordinate schedules, monitor inventory, and improve processes. Occasional office work is required for data entry, reporting, and communication with other departments.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position requires frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the production floor. You may be expected to observe or assist with light material handling, collaborate with operators on machinery or product flow, and occasionally lift or move items up to 25 lbs.
