Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Operations Manager located in Easley, SC. The Construction Operations Manager will oversee daily construction activities, ensure projects are completed efficiently, and manage budgets and resources. Responsibilities include coordinating construction schedules, managing project performance, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Strong leadership and organizational skills will be essential to manage teams and ensure operations run smoothly.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Operations Management, including ability to oversee workflows, allocate resources effectively, and ensure project efficiency
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Management, including financial planning, cost management, and timeline adherence
  • Expertise in Construction Management to oversee construction projects and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Proven skills in Contract Negotiation to manage contracts and work effectively with vendors and subcontractors
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
