Assembly Line Worker night shift

• Starting pay $23.58 per hour (day shift) / $24.83 per hour (night shift)

• Day Shift: 7:00 am – 5:40 pm
• Night Shift: 7:30 pm – 6:10 am
• Training: 5 shifts of 8 hours each day for 2 weeks
• After training: 4 shifts of 10 hours each day (per week)
• Overtime shifts are permitted and encouraged

• Assemble components, parts, and subassemblies
• Position parts using templates or measurement readings
• Secure assemblies, verifying correct fit and fastening
• Ensure materials and supplies are available for operations
• Adjust machinery for changeovers or varying production needs
• Maintain a stationary position on an ergonomically enhanced assembly line for up to 10 hours a day
• Clean and maintain work area and equipment
• Perform periodic quality control checks to uphold standards

• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Maintain a stationary posture throughout the shift
• Alternate between upright and low stances as required
• Reach overhead to perform tasks
• Operate and maintain machinery
• Move and transport up to 50 lbs without assistance

• Minimum 1 year of production/manufacturing/assembly or related experience
• High school diploma or GED
