Move materials and completed racks throughout the facility efficiently with the use of carts, cranes and forklifts.
Essential Duties- Transports material or racks to and from designated areas.
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles.
- Ensures loads are secure.
- Move goods packed on pallets on material carts around the facility.
- Stack goods in the correct storage bays following inventory control instructions.
- Dump materials into machine scrap hoppers.
- Perform daily equipment checks:
- Recharge truck battery and lubricate equipment.
- Remove machine attachments and waste material from machines (machine operator should remove attachments and re-attach when finished charging).
Education:
None required.
Experience:
1 year(s) preferred in forklift. 1 year(s) preferred in manufacturing environment.
