About the role Production Supervisor is responsible for managing production teams and ensuring efficient operations across manufacturing lines. This role supports strategic initiatives and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. This job profile is intended for People Managers of 4+ junior to experienced expert-level roles.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise production teams and coordinate daily operations.
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Support planning and scheduling of production activities.
- Train and develop team members.
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams.
- Report performance and issues to senior leadership.
- Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and 6+ years of relevant work experience are minimally required to be able to manage and coordinate one or more expert-level teams.
- Experience in manufacturing or production management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in ERP and production systems.
