This position involves guiding Operators on job tasks, completing tracking metrics, reporting causes of deviations, and participating in problem-solving activities. The Team Coordinator will progressively lead and support production across all areas.

This position involves guiding Operators on job tasks, completing tracking metrics, reporting causes of deviations, and participating in problem-solving activities. The Team Coordinator will progressively lead and support production across all areas.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Understands and can explain the 8 types of Waste and 10 Lean Principles.
- Should motivate and support employees throughout the day keep teams informed of production expectations, scheduling, and any other follow-up information as needed.
- Ensure staffing assignments and gaps are communicated day to day.
- Work with other Team Coordinators to flex and train employees to reduce non-value-added hours in production.
- Facilitate RCPS board meetings and follow-up on open JDI and 4-Steps to resolve them and close in a timely fashion.
- High School diploma or GED. Proficient in basic mathematics.
- Must possess the skills and knowledge to perform all tasks within the area.
- Computer proficiency: SAP, Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a fact-based approach.
- Capable of instructing co-workers in fundamental problem-solving techniques.
