What We Offer Competitive pay: $28–$32/hour
Up to $6/hour shift differential
Up to $10,000 in nursing school loan repayment

Position Summary As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct nursing care and support residents’ overall health and well-being while working alongside a collaborative healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team Supervise and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care delivery
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
Current CPR certification required
Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Compassion for an underserved population
