** Position Summary
** As a
** PRN Registered Nurse (RN)**, you will provide high-quality nursing care on an as-needed basis. You will support the care team in maintaining a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment for residents.###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Provide and oversee
** direct patient care
*** Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
* Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and care team
* Support and supervise
** LPNs and CNAs
*** Maintain accurate and timely
** clinical documentation
*** Ensure compliance with
** state, federal, and facility regulations
*** Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment###
** Qualifications
* ** Active, unencumbered
** RN license in South Carolina (required)**
* ** Current CPR certification required
*** Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
* Experience with
** Point Click Care  (PCC) preferred
*** Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
