** Position Summary
** We are seeking an experienced
** MDS Coordinator (RN)
** to ensuring accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments in compliance with
** state, federal, and Medicare guidelines**.### ###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Complete and submit
** MDS assessments
** accurately and on time
* Ensure compliance with
** CMS, Medicare, and Medicaid regulations
*** Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team for
** care plan development
*** Review and monitor documentation to support reimbursement accuracy (PDPM)
* Participate in
** care plan meetings and QA processes
*** Track and manage assessment schedules and deadlines
* Educate staff on documentation and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and administration teams### ###
** Qualifications
* ** Active
** RN license in South Carolina** (in good standing)
* Prior
** MDS experience required
*** Strong knowledge of
** PDPM, Medicare/Medicaid, and long-term care regulations
*** Experience in
** skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting preferred
*** Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities### ###
