• Provide hands‑on support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident
• Create a warm, home‑like environment
• Monitor and report changes in resident health
• Maintain a clean, safe, DHEC‑compliant living space
• Collaborate closely with nurses, families, and the care team
• Maintain documentation and safety standards
• Available on weekends and holidays

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• CPR certification
• 1–3 years of experience as a CNA
