Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, oversee resident care needs, and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes and quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and specialized nursing procedures safely and accurately
Assess and monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and appropriate team members
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAsRespond effectively to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care Participate in care planning and resident assessments
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
Utilize Point Click Care (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed
Qualifications
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina Current CPR certification
Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) preferred
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills
