Position Summary We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will provide direct resident care and support residents with their daily needs while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with feeding, hydration, and mobility needs
Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
Take and document vital signs
Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
Maintain accurate resident documentation
Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the healthcare team
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) preferred
Compassion for an underserved population
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, professional, and resident-focused
