• Shift differential – for 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. shifts

• Perform all duties as per SC Department of Public Health (DPH)
• Promote a cordial environment for residents, families, visitors and co‑workers; assist in maintaining a “home‑like” environment
• Assist residents with ADLs and answer call lights
• Follow the resident’s care plan or service plan as an instruction guide for how to take care of that resident
• Report changes in residents' condition to the nurse in charge and maintain communication with families of residents
• Complete mandatory documentation in accordance with community policies and state and/or federal regulations
• Maintain residents’ living area by ensuring that it is clean, neat and orderly, and in compliance with DPH mandates
• Comply with all safety and sanitary standards, rules and regulations
• Mandatory work on weekends, holidays and as the resident needs require
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• Certified Nursing Assistant
• CPR certification
• 1–3 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
