Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / 7p to 7a / Alt Weeks Mon/Tues & Wed/Fri / Weekly Pay

What You’ll Do as an LPN
  • Provide compassionate, individualized care according to residents’ care plans.
  • Perform regular rounds and monitor residents’ conditions throughout the shift.
  • Supervise and direct other care staff.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and families about care updates.
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
  • Complete documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations.
  • Notify physicians and families of significant resident condition changes.
  • Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  • Maintain clinical competency and uphold professional standards.
  • Able to work weekends, holidays, and according to resident needs.
Requirements
  • Valid LPN license in the state of South Carolina.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills.
