As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide and oversee high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate treatment. You will play a key role in leading the care team and maintaining clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide and supervise direct patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Ensure adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations
- Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)
- Current CPR certification required
- Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) preferred
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
- Compassion for an underserved population
