We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, oversee resident care needs, and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes and quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and specialized nursing procedures safely and accurately
- Assess and monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
- Respond effectively to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Participate in care planning and resident assessments
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
- Utilize Point Click Care (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills
- Compassion for an underserved population
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced healthcare environment
