Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The RN is responsible for assessing residents, administering medications and treatments, supervising nursing staff, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide and oversee direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and specialized nursing procedures safely and accurately
  • Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and appropriate team members
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
  • Respond to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition
  • Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
  • Educate residents and family members regarding care plans and treatment goals
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
  • Utilize Point Click Care  (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed
Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
  • Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
  • Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC) preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills
