Job Title: Quality Technician – Manufacturing / Plastics
Location: Easley, SC
Pay: $19+/hour
Schedule: 2nd shift | Monday – Friday

They are looking for you, an experienced Quality Technician
, to support production by ensuring product quality, performing inspections, and assisting with process improvements. This is a direct hire opportunity within a growing organization.
- Support production teams on product quality issues and corrective actions
- Analyze data to identify and resolve ongoing quality concerns
- Review blueprints and specifications to ensure manufacturing feasibility
- Perform dimensional inspections and maintain quality documentation
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
- Conduct capability studies and support process improvements
- Communicate quality requirements across production teams
- Interface with internal teams and customers regarding quality standards
- Operate CMM equipment for inspection and measurement (as needed)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or plastics environment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong math skills, including ability to work with measurements and data
- Experience with quality inspections and documentation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with CMM equipment is a plus
