Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Sam's Club products and services;
Fulfill member orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, and ensuring order accuracy;
Assist with memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participate in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals;
Maintain safety of facility by following safety standards and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe conditions;
Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners to address priorities and opportunities, and adapt to change.
