Digital Sales Manager / Sr. Digital Sales Manager – Digital Agency ChannelLead a high‑performance advisor ecosystem by recruiting, onboarding, coaching and supporting digitally ready advisors across the network. Drive premium delivery, cross‑sell and renewal collections using CRM dashboards and data analytics.
- Resolve policy service needs via digital platforms.
- Drive renewal collections and cross‑sell opportunities using CRM and analytics.
- Conduct Digital Career Seminars and webinars for prospect onboarding.
- Build advisor capabilities in digital prospecting, virtual consultations and CRM usage.
- Enable hybrid sales journeys (online‑offline) for first‑time sales.
- Track and improve digital adoption metrics.
- Follow AMLI sales practices, brand championing and deep customer loyalty.
- Develop advisor prospecting habits, activity planning, and coaching.
- Collaborate with trainers to identify and fulfill training needs.
- Maintain AMLI certification, URN generation and first sale compliance.
- Act as an AMLI brand ambassador and promote usage of advisor apps.
- Graduate with 3‑6 years of sales experience (BFSI preferred; insure‑tech is a plus).
- Strong digital fluency (CRM, mobile apps, webinars).
- Experience in recruitment or team handling is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, coordination and coaching skills.
- No more than 2 job changes per year.
Lead a branch of 10‑15 direct sales resources, P&L responsible, driving accelerated growth in new client acquisition and ensuring high retention rates.
- Monitor key sales data, productivity, client status and receivables.
- Identify opportunities, prepare action plans and present reports.
- Drive sales targets, support function and timely work completion.
- Implement training programs and performance incentive structures.

- Education:
B.Tech/MBA. - Experience:
2+ years in a sales‑driven environment.
Drive sales growth in solar module manufacturing by leading the sales cycle, building relationships and delivering presentations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends and negotiate with key stakeholders.
- Lead the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, negotiation, closing.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Provide leadership and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Monitor sales metrics, customer feedback and market trends.
- Scope customer relationships and solve inquiries promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Strong experience in solar module manufacturing or renewable energy sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM software skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
Increase acquisition of target clientele through new business acquisition and building a strong network of direct sales agencies.
- Acquire new business through DSA / Channel Partner / Direct Market.
- Demonstrate experience in Working Capital Finance, Cash Credit, Overdraft, Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit.
- Proficient in DSA management and new DSA empanelment.
- In‑depth knowledge of product and policy.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Up‑to‑date market knowledge and competition awareness.
