Lead a high‑performance advisor ecosystem by recruiting, onboarding, coaching and supporting digitally ready advisors across the network. Drive premium delivery, cross‑sell and renewal collections using CRM dashboards and data analytics.

  • Resolve policy service needs via digital platforms.
  • Drive renewal collections and cross‑sell opportunities using CRM and analytics.

  • Experience in recruitment or team handling is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, coordination and coaching skills.
