Provide courteous customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following security-related procedures and healthcare location policies.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and provide directions and assistance throughout the healthcare location.;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations accurately, and communicate security-related concerns to designated personnel and/or emergency responders.
