About The Role
Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Diesel Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on our fleet to ensure peak performance and compliance with DOT regulations. This hands-on role provides the opportunity to enhance your technical skills through ongoing training while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform medium-level repairs – conduct clutch replacements, suspension rebuilds, after-treatment maintenance, and other mid-level repairs.
- Comprehensive diagnostics – troubleshoot and repair engines, cooling systems, fuel systems, and electrical components.
- Ensure regulatory compliance – conduct inspections and repairs in adherence to DOT and company safety standards.
- Streamline maintenance processes – work closely with parts specialists and management to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Commit to continuous learning – stay updated with industry advancements through OEM training and professional development opportunities.
- Education:
High school diploma or GED required. - Experience:
1–3 years as a diesel technician. - Technical skills:
- Extensive knowledge of DOT rules and regulations for commercial vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to efficiently complete repairs while maintaining quality, time, and cost guidelines.
- Strong diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle systems.
