Electrical Foreman

We are currently looking for a skilled Commercial Electrical Foreman to direct our field crews across various commercial sites. The successful applicant will possess deep expertise in power distribution, lighting control, electrical systems, and construction oversight. This position is vital to our operations, ensuring that all electrical installations are executed with precision, safety, and strict adherence to project blueprints and quality benchmarks.

• Proven track record managing crews ranging from 2 to 10 individuals
• Demonstrated ability to organize project milestones and synchronize efforts with general contractors and other trades
• Versatility to transition seamlessly between hands-on installation tasks and high-level site supervision
• Direct the daily operations and performance of the on-site electrical crew
• Ensure all system installations align perfectly with technical schematics and project requirements

• Collaborate with project management to establish and uphold project timelines
• Utilize digital project management tools and mobile devices for documentation and reporting

• Document project progress, material usage, and site challenges throughout the duration of the job

We are seeking candidates with a proven history of crew leadership and successful project completion. We also welcome applications from veteran electricians who are prepared to transition into a foreman capacity. Ideally, you will bring approximately 10 years of total industry experience, with at least 3 years spent in a leadership role. A High School Diploma or GED is required, though no specific licenses are mandatory.
