Job Summary  The Sr. Warehouse/ Logistics Worker is responsible for performing warehouse duties such as receiving, inspecting, storing, and shipping goods, including delivery, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. This role supports inventory control and ensures compliance with warehouse procedures. This job profile is intended for experienced support-level staff that generally works autonomously and only requires closer supervision in non-routine situations.

** This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility:
Small, Medium, Large, Division / Extra Large organization.

Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments and verify contents.

Pick, pack, and prepare goods for shipment.

Maintain accurate records of received and shipped items.

Organize and store inventory in designated locations.

Assist with inventory counts and audits.

Follow safety and operational procedures in the warehouse.

Skills & Qualifications Typically requires vocational training (or equivalent experience) and several years of relevant work experience to carry out the role.

Additional qualifications:

Experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.

Attention to detail and accuracy.
